Well, I finished outlining the new chapter, and of course it will now be delayed.
I have to write a story for my fiction class, and conveniently it will be around 15-20 pages long, so pretty much the same length as my usual chapters.

Sorry about the delay on it if ya'll were hoping to see it soon, but it probably won't be around for another 2 or so weeks depending on motivation levels.

Someone was saying they were going to read three different FOE stories at random, all with 10 chapters or more. I thought they said suggest three at random.

Immediately I I said All That Remains and got a quad post count number (which is rare) and used that to demand they drop the other fics and read yours first.

Then I had someone quote my post number saying
"Hm? What's this all of a sudden, a great fic?"

So yeah, hopefully got you some more readers.

eh, pretty much all non-famous FO:E fics seem to get almost no attention, especially if the author just posts it and doesn't do any advertising

I seem to recall CamoBadger at one point saying that Felix was twelve, but I do not recall any data on Shayle's age.

Holy crap... that's kinda awesome! I was wondering why it suddenly had a jump in reads when I haven't put out a chapter in a month (by the way, I'm trying to get that done within a week or two now that I'm free). Thanks guys!

Also, in regards to age, that is correct about Felix being 12.
Shayle I haven't said directly, but she's 17-18. So yeah, you are correct.

Not sure if I want to know why /mlp/ wants to know that...

Also, sorry for the late replies guys, I was out of town this weekend.

Chapter 11 is at about half completion, not including revisions and brushing.

Apologies ahead of time if it's a poor chapter, because I've been worrying over how it will be received pretty much the entire time I've been writing it.

Even if it ends up being a poor chapter, I'm sure it will get where you want it to go in the story, which matters more. Besides, given the quality of the previous chapters, failure to satisfy seems highly unlikely.
