Finally got my bandages off today.

I know the humidity in the house stay stable at around 65% or so, but then again the temperature inside stay under 26-28 °C thanks our careful heat management policies (all shutters and windows are closed during the day and only opened at night), temperatures which are fairly manageable : I simply spend my days in underwear. :D

I don't know to which degree the exterior air is humid or not. What I know is that it feels heavy : I live in a city of around 450,000 people "locked" at the intersection of three deep valleys, bordered by mountains over 1500 meters high. (=> home is where the heat is).

The good thing is that these last weeks every night we had a storm that cleaned the air and freshened the air a bit. Though there hasn't been one in a few days now.

I don't even know what the temperature is most of the time. I just know that a few fans and the A/C keep it decently cool, and I sweat like a motherfucker when I go running

It's usually 80-90 degrees Fahrenheit here, but recently it's been around 75. Humidity is still fuck-off high, but I believe that is due to Cincinnati being right by the Ohio River.

I'm going to buy a new large-volume (4 Tb probably) HDD sometime soon, to use as storage.
The shop that I'm using recommends either Western Digital RE, or SE, or Hitachi Ultrastar, as the most reliable ones. Which one should I get?

I just had a weird nightmare where the air conditioner suddenly wasn't in the window and I couldn't figure out how to put it back in. So, that's a thing.

Lol, honestly it was a nightmare because I DO know how to put the thing together and in the window, but everything seemed unfamiliar and different so I couldn't figure it out. Felt like having dementia. But it was funnier if I just implied that the lack of an aircon was a source of profound horror. =P

unrelated : and now come the fun part as the flesh is finally starting to piece itself back together and the wounds to dry as I removed the bandages ; each time I extend the skin a bit too much the wound starting to crack up again in a symphony of crying nerve endings.
