((it was 20000 each right? And we have like at least ten characters. So unless they charged an exorbitant amount for the airship rides, the construction costs should be spread fairly thin across the groups pay. And the food for what, three days, can't be that expensive. We weren't given any guns, and the only bullets where those hundred anti material bullets. The NCR really has no way of getting close to legitimately charging anything approaching 20000 caps each. So yeah, either the NCR is actively lying and robbing from mercs, then I don't think this will be much of an issue. And the 'included in your pay' bit, I blame Isaac for being an airhead. Just my non-value adding rant of the day))
