Moody moves on to cleaning and working on his 10 MM pistol. He holds it up with his hoof to eye level and looks over it. It was old and worn when he bought it in that market so long ago, but he's done his best to keep it from degrading further. He keeps looking at it before setting it down and looking up.
"I hope I'm making ya'll proud." he says quietly. Then picks the gun back up to work on it. A few tears drip down his face.
"Damn.. musta gotten oil in them..."

Steve! Be more careful.

Sorry, sirs, I have no idea what came over him. Bad Steve. Bad.

*chitters*

*hands over bag of caps to the guards* What you say we forget about this whole thing? (Bag contains only 500caps, and small miscellaneous junk to make it look like more).

*Finishes cleaning and greasing up 'Cherry Blossom'. Holsters the pistol and Stands up.*

((What? Have I started a proper gun cleaning trend? I mean, I know it's important to make sure your weapons is good condition in the waste but I was just trying to make it Moody's thing. Also to give me something to do in the down time haha.))

Moody finishes with the 10 MM and is surprise to find he still had the .45 on him.
"Well Celestia buck me, I forgot all about you girl. At least you're still clean. I'll give you a chance next time."
And with that he turns back to his own armor again. Starting with the slash on the front and working from there. He touches a few burn marks from lasers and touches his own face where he was grazed. Still a bit tender but it had healed up nicely.

*Purrs* Sounds good to me. I help clean you off. *Leads him to showers*

I need a shower too... Steve, can you wash my back?

*closes and locks the door. Walks up to Terra giving her a quick kiss*

Moody finishes up his own armor, and contemplates on what do to with all the shrapnel he's pulled out of it.
"Maybe I should have left them in there... for added protection.."
Upon everybody mentioning showers he sniffs himself and gags a little.
"Maybe I should take one as well...."

((Eeyups, getting in on the shower action as well. No Scyto can't join me.))

*Yells at the door* Just don't take all night!

((So it's Guard and Terra in the shower, Aonee and Crystal next, Moody sometime after that.
Not a whole lot going on, seeing how I've repaired and cleaned everything I can at the moment.))

*an hour and a half later, He exits the shower, walks Terra to his bedroom and tucks her in bed*
Sweet dreams darlin'*kisses her forehead quietly closing the door as he exits *
*Walks up to Aon and Crys's room*

Hey Crys, I think guard and Terra have the right idea... Wouldn't want to waste hot water, after all...
*giggles* You're right, we wouldn't want to waste water, would we...
*Both head off into the shower*

*chuckles and shakes his head walking to Moody's room.*
*knocks on the door* Hey bud, you got a sec?

Moody looks up.
"Yeah man, come on in. Got your armor done, even reinforced it in places."
Moody gives it a good once over to make sure he didn't miss anything has Guard enters.

*Grabs the armor and gives it a quick inspection*
Damn Moody, you always do such fine work with these. I came to ask, did you happen to find a picture behind one of the broken plates?
*floats out a couple Sparkle-Cola RADS*

"Actually...."
He takes the picture off the desk and gives it to Guard.
"It's amazing it's in as good a shape as it is. The bullet nearly went through but other then an extra wrinkle or two I don't think it damaged too bad."
He takes one of the RADS and thinks about how last time he was dumb enough to have it mixed with rum.

*Grabs the picture and tucks it behind one of the plates*
Not a day goes by that I don't wonder about how it has not gotten destroyed over the years. Every time I get hit it always seems like the plate stops the round before it can go through.*Takes a drink* Kinda why I've called it my good luck charm.*smiles*
Now down to business. I've actually come here to do a checkup make sure any injuries are healed, stuff like that.
