Fallout Equestria: The Kingdom

"I'm still selling it."

"Nope, thanks."
Quiver takes the caps and walks out of the clinic. He sees Novae walking around town and approaches her.
"I got something you might like."
He says as he takes the robotics book out of his bags and gives it to her.

"What would tha---" She pauses as she sees the book...then pounces Quiver and hugs him tightly. "THANKYOUTHANKYOUTHANKYOUTHANKYOU! I haven't read this stuff in months!"

Quiver looks at her blankly for a few seconds, then smiles.
"Um... you're welcome."

Kisses Quiver on forehead. And releases him. "Pretty nice of you, really." She picks up book and put her in her bags. "Find something interesting for yourself?"

Eve nods, and shrugs off her attire, and is about to step in, before she realises she is still wearing her mask. She cautiously removes her mask, and sets it atop her pile of belongings.
Her face bears its fair share of scars, much like the rest of her lithe body, but nothing that would stand out... Other than a large, round-ish scar on each flank, where a cutie mark should have been.
Tentatively, she steps into the water and lets out a quiet sigh, before staring at her reflection in the water.

"Well, not much, they didn't have anything very useful at the clinic. I got a larger magazine for my gun, if that counts. What have you gotten?"

"Few frags. Also talked about fixing Jayne's armor and that pistol, which exploded in my face."
Novae half-whispers. "I doubt he will be using both shotguns..but I didn't want to sell one of them, since..well..he REALLY love shotguns..."

"I've noticed that he favors shotguns, yes..."
He pauses and thinks for several seconds.
"How do you think he'll react if he realizes you slept with me?"

"Umm..." Novae taps her chin. Then looks at Quiver, slightly worried. "Honestly...I don't know."

"So...what?" Eve asks with a raised eyebrow.

"O-oh...W-well, you know what they say, don't judge a book by it's cover." Eve says nervously as she starts to blush.

"S-sure, I guess. I'd rather be out doing something, but this is okay too." Eve sighs and pauses to collect her thoughts. "I mean, what are we even doing now? Seems like after the whole slaver thing, everything just kinda...stopped."

"Well, you could just tell him... that we didn't do anything, if he finds out. He'd believe you, right?"
He says with a shrug.

"Well...I've never lied to him. So...I guess he'd believe me." Novae looks at Quiver. "I guess your hide will be intact and not be used as pad for his armor." Novae smiled.
