that hences the idiots, colts remark it was noticed. and the fourth wall joke was a bit of a slip, but not entirely out of character for a Doctor from Dise ie New Vegas.

as far as the stranger bit, he looks like a ghoul at first glance, so his ass is in it too, also he did get booted and banished from his home due to political backlash

Okay, levels and XP have been placed.
Everyone leveled up except Jayne, who is already level 3.
Everyone else has caught up to Level 3 except Shadow, Cherry, and Frank who are now Level 2.

Everyone PM me with your skill point distribution. Frank, Cherry, and Shadow all get a new perk.

the downside from the perspective of single character players is players like last and xt have characters that can't really carry things but get caps as payment. so its like Charcoal just got paid 300 caps, same with Tumble, only thing is a foal can actually speak and carry more equipment than a phoenix
