I'm thinking more of sloooowly cutting someone open, and showing them their organs, just to watch them squirm. I'm talking about shaving someone's tail and mane, and dying their coat, damaging their sense of self. I'm saying that I would slowly run a cheese-grater along their flesh - and make them watch.

Or, alternatively, just humiliate them like Robo said. ))
