((Actually the idea I had was that he's supposed to be a stable pony who left his stable (near new appleloosa) and found work at Absolutely Everything scavenging military bases. The idea is that Lionheart dropped him off to scavenge the battlefields for rare Japony tech and weapons. Also he's named Major because his father was in the military branch of their Stable but Major never followed in his hoof steps.))
