FoE:RP Season Two Post-Season

So Whisper can't possibly make up for this? Personally I think what Terra did was much worse. ))

((Hmmm... I know I said it wasn't going to be big, and definitely not a full house, but I'm trying to wrap my head around how big this shack is gonna be and if it's gonna to be a three room for bed, bath, and kitchen/living room.

I was thinking the same thing Aonee but my mind went to "Just going with she's not doing any heavy lifting or the like."))

Kura walks up to Red. "Love, what are you doing?"

"Uh, Red. Do ya think it's a good idea for ya ta help out? Maybe ya could just uh, supervise?"

((I was just thinking something small doesn't need to have a full kitchen, just like a fridge and a table so like part of a living room. Then like a bedroom, and a bathroom.))

"Working?" She tried getting the feeling she had done something wrong. "Something on your mind?" She turned to whisper. "But I'm feeling great."

"Red... You're pregnant. You really shouldn't work construction."

She sat down and tilted her head at Sakura. "But I thought as long as I didn't drink I was fine." the mare said in a confused tone.

Kura walks over and puts a hoof on Red's shoulder. "It's more than that, love. You have to make sure you don't get hurt or damage the baby. That includes possibly dangerous things or overly stressful and rigorous activities."

((Three room shack it is.))

After measuring and marking the plot off again, Moody turns to Whisper.
"Like I said before, it's not gonna be the biggest or fanciest place, but I think there's enough space for a decent place."

He walks over to the lumber.
"Alright, let's work on getting the outer frames up first. Got to lay them out. Red, I know you want to help but you ain't allowed to do any lifting, pulling, or hammering. Your job is to take the Square and level to make sure the frames are, well, squared and leveled. As your boss I'm ordering you to take it easy."
He gives Red a stern look, with a hint of worry in his eyes she might still over exert herself.

Red forced a smile. "Alright I guess I'll just supervise." Red walked off to the side lines and sat down feeling useless to help out her boss and the others.

He will try, I read back to what typed and realized that was a huge fuck up on my part with phrasing. I didn't mean he was never going to talk to her about it, he'd like to. Like I said, sorry for the miscommunication, that was a huge fuck up on my part. I really need to start proof reading these posts before I send them...))

After a while they get the outer frame of the shack up. Moody wipes his forehead and turns to the others.
"Alright, let's take a break."

Kura walks out of the clinic, a tray with water on her back. "Any of you thirsty?"

Red walks over and grabs a glass of water from Sak's tray despite having done virtually zero work. "Thanks babe." She said before walking back to her spot and quietly sipping from the glass.

After a few minutes of laying there she laid her eyes on Whisper. Something had been eating at her since she had heard the news, she stood from her spot and trotted up to the stallion. "Can we talk... In your office?"

Moody gives Emma a smile.
"Just a bit tired hun. Plus it won't due with pushing all of us too hard."

Red looked at the stallion on conflicted on whether or not she should be talking to him about this. "I'm worried." she admitted.

She shook her head. "About my marriage, yours ended so abruptly."

Red once again shook her head at the stallion. "I wouldn't be so sure about that."
