At the bottom of the stairs, a laugh echoes through the basement as 3 pairs of glowing eyes stared back at Searchlight and Charcoal.
The three ferals charged forward with a roar.

Searchlight unholsters his revolver and fires at 2 of the incoming ghouls.
Both ghouls fall dead as the shots connect with them.

The guards open the door at the sight of Quiver. "New ladyfriend?" one of them asked.

Once the ghouls fall, the two can see a tunnel broken into the wall of the basement and leading under the house. Searchlight faintly catches the sight of a little tail before it disappears in the tunnel.

As the two ran through the tunnel, they can see a glowing, green-yellow light at the bottom, casting shadows of bony figures moving around.

Charcoal spots 4 more ferals shambling around a pool of glowing liquid, their bodies almost completely stripped to the bone, leaving just enough muscle to move.

As sound of running water can be heard from shower, Novae's moans of pleasure can be heard along. "Ohh...I didn't know hot shower can be THIS good..." She starts wash her mane and tail, alongside with whole body.

2 of the shots hit and both ferals die, but the third shot goes wide.
