((It was event pokemon in black and white. You had to have one of the shiny dogs to get it or you could trade with someone who did have the event since you could breed it. Or if you had a Celebi you could get the pre evolved form.

Anyway I'm getting off topic the point is you can get it in Black 2 and White 2 without an event which means there's a much better dark pokemon readily available. Liepard sucks.))
