Eye twitches. "Muffin? The only pony who gave me muffin last time was...you've meet Ditzy, didn't you? And yes, I would like one, didn't have anything to eat, before court."

He grabs one out for himself, and looks at Moody

He looks at the muffins.
"Muffins? Ditzy? How is she? I haven't seen her since..well the last time I went to Appleloosa."
He takes a muffin.

((We're in the middle of a big counsel dealing with deer and pony relationships and now we're just chill eating muffins. You better offer the chieftains some if they bring this up haha.
Also thinking of heading to bed as well. Just don't have all that much energy late at night anymore, and it's past 1:30 AM.))

((If the NCR uses it's own currency that's what we'd use, new hope is an NCR territory after all. Maybe not at first, but it would have at least started to take hold in twenty years.))

((Eh, I still think caps. Not to sure if the NCR would have the proper infrastructure setup if they tried something like that. And if they still used caps they could dedicate those resources used for making a currency else where.

((I have to say new hope is as good a starting point as any. As far as I can tell all deer pass through there first. So whatever currency they use would be traded in for NCR currency.))

((Well, caps where the big thing in the original Fallout but by Fallout 2 they switched to NCR dollars right? And the reason it's back to caps in New Vegas is due to the NCR gold reserves getting nuked?))

((Something I'm not sure about the gold reserves getting nuked I think they switched back to caps because the Mojave wasn't NCR territory so they wouldn't take it. Only reason the casino's take it is because to them money is money and even then the NCR dollars are devalued compared to caps and legion money.

Oh, just because I feel like I should note for the RP the only weapon Whisper has on him is 'Cherry Blossom' when he left he didn't take any weapons since he didn't know he was going to travel around Equestria.))

((Aren't caps being used because the NCR doesn't have a very large hold in the Mojave? The only people I remember being paid by the NCR besides the soldiers themselves were concrete miners.))

((Well Moody didn't know where you'd run off too or what you was doing. He accounts your sudden appearance as typical unicorn magic stuff and he would be the one to notice you have a gun.
Course he's too busy trying to pay attention to the counsel, muffins aside, to notice just what gun it is.))

((Well, we are basing it off an old farm so crops and manufactured goods like armor and sky wagons I believe.

Back to the in game NCR currency I think it was the NCR dollars were devalued due to the gold getting nuked as well as them not having a good foot hold in the Mojave. If it wasn't for the gold getting nuked then the NCR $100 bill would probably be worth say... 85 caps rather then the stuck at 40 caps forever it is.

That actually brings up the question in my mind... how much is a cap? Does 1 cap = $1 as we understand it or are they however much you can haggle?))

((Well, that's assuming they setup NCR dollars instead using caps. Which I find kind of dumb since caps are already working extremely well and is easily recognizable as something of value(1 cap = 1). That's also assuming they would go to dollars instead of trying to go back to bits. In which case, if they went back to bits it might work since everyone recognizes gold as something of value, but they could also use that gold, silver, and other precious metals for crafting.Opps didn't mean to go on a rant there. Sorry, if I'm coming off like a jerk, I find economics extremely fascinating so I tend to over think when it comes to stuff like this again really sorry. Need to stop over thinking.))
