((Alright, I'm going to get the scene set of us arriving and getting set up at the whitetail camp, then we'll go from there. Just give me a minute.))

*After several hours of walking through the forest which involved manticores, timberwolves, living vines traps, and one noticeable incident involving a tomato plant that throws it's fruit at high velocity towards the source of any bad joke, the group finally enters into a large clearing filled with countless tents and deer of every shape, size, and age going between them.

As the group, led by Willow, approach the main entrance, a long, metal spear flies through the air and digs itself into the ground at Willow's feet.*

Holt young Whitetail! State your business and your reason for bringing ponies here!

Whisper backs up a little and leans close to Willow
"Uh, I thought ya said we were welcome here."

Emma shifts closer to Moody.

*Willow holds his hoof up to stop the group from doing anything rash.*

Trust me Guard, for ponies, this IS them being welcoming.

*Turning to the guard at the gate, who happens to be an elk.*

I am Searing Willow of the Dragontooth Valley Whitetail Tribe. I have come to clear up a misunderstanding that occurred between me and a member of the Blacktail tribe about two weeks back. I bring news for the ears of the Court only as well. These ponies are witnesses for both.

*After hearing this, the guard takes several minutes deciding on what to do. Finally speaking up.*

Alright, you may enter the camp, but your "Witnesses" will only be allowed within the Whitetail encampment at the east end of the clearing, and everything they do, right or wrong, is your responsibility.

Very well.
*Turns back towards the group.*
Shall we?

[Katarn]

Yeah, let's go. It took us only few hours, but it felt like days or even weeks.

[Guest]

Whisper raises his eyebrow
"Last I checked gettin' a spear thrown at ya meant they wanted ta kill ya. But, if ya say so,lets go."

Emma nods and nuzzles Moody
"I think you might be right about that hun."
Looks at Willow
"I guess so."

[Moodyman90]

Moody does his best not to stare at the Elk or the others around and nods.
"Stay in the designated area and try not to do anything to get you into trouble. Going to be a fun couple of days."

Hey, the spear didn't HIT you, did it?

And Honestly, it was a warmer welcome than we received at some of the places we went to in the wastes, or need I remind you of what happened when we went to visit Flame's old barracks?

*snort*
We were expecting something like that back then.

"Yeah, but at Flame's barracks we killed a wave of ferals, and the other places we usually shot back. But if they don't mean any harm, then fine."
Whisper walks past a group of Elk.

Isaac drops his toy
"Daddy."
He points at the toy.

The dragon toy gets accidentally kicked under one of the Elk

He looks at where Isaac is pointing
"Oh, I'll go get that fer ya, bud."
He tries to grab it with TK but it keeps getting moved. He sighs and starts to walk over to the Elk
"Hey, y'all, I was just wonderin' if I could get my boys' toy. He dropped it and it got kicked under y'all."

Emma looks at Whisper and mutters
"Oh Luna, please let this go well."

*The elk simple ignores him as if he weren't even there.*

Whisper sighs and tries to grab it with TK.

It gets kicked again

"I just want the toy back, then I'll leave y'all be."
Tries to grab it again, but it gets kicked again
"Now, was that really necessary?"

((Note: During the following scene, all italicized talk is in the Deer's native tongue and cannot be understood by the rest of the group.))

*Seeing what is unfolding, Willow quickly sticks a hoof up to Guard and Looks at the offending elk, beginning to speak in their native tongue*

My friend here is merely trying to get his child's toy. Would you kindly allow him to do so

*Looking down at Willow*
An order was given out that the ponies will be ignored completely outside of the whitetail enclosure.

So your just going to keep moving until that toy is crushed and his child begins crying? Trust me, good sir, that is not a good idea.

*Laughs*
Oh, and why is that?

Because if you do, there's a good chance that that blue unicorn buck your ignoring will crush your heart.

*Stops laughing and becomes dead serious*
You're bluffing.

I have been with this group for several weeks now, and to tell you the truth, a crushed heart would probably be the least of your worries.

*scoffs at Willow's threat*
I don't have time for this anyways.
*picks up the doll and hands it to Guard*
this conversation never happened. Got it coat wrack?
*Walks off*

Phew, that was close.
*Turns to Guard*
Try to be more careful next time, okay?

Whisper floats the toy up to Isaac
"Here ya go kiddo."

Isaac grabs toy and hugs Whisper

He smiles and looks at Willow
"Well, whatever ya said works. And thanks, don't worry I'll make sure he doesn't drop it again."

((Morning. And if I was talking to that elk I would've brought up that the child's mother is a natural predator to them...))

((Sorry ya'll, I just kinda crashed after my last post.

And ignoring us is one thing, playing keep away with the toy, even unintentionally was just a dick move.

And I know in the past it's always been "I'm surprise the ponies aren't reacting to the deer which haven't been seen in the waste since the war" but while they knew Willow was bringing ponies did they expect Terra and the kids as well?))

((That's a good point I wonder if the counsel would be happy having Terra and the kids around. We'll have to ask Jacky about it.))
