Right, so it basically comes down to this. We will provide you with the lumber, which is coming from the Everfree, to build your town. However, that is all we can offer you. You'll have to build it on your own. All of our engineers are currently occupied with other projects.

Sorry I couldn't get you more, but the lumber is all we really have to spare. I'm sure you lot can scavenge up the rest.

Whisper shrugs
"That'll be fine, we'll be able ta manage that no problem."
He smiles

Just lumber? *sigh* It's never easy, isn't it? *to group* I'll see if I could ask for something more from Rangers.

((Cue Moody carrying ALL the lumber on his back and finding out that despite how awesome he is with armor and guns and other things, he's a crappy builder.))

Think nothing of it, really. This is an investment for me. Your town is officially under The NCR Flag, and as such, when you get your town up and running, you all will be paying us taxes.

Azure and Isaac wake up look at Terra kind of confused
"Mama?"

He sighs
"This should be fun."
He walks out of the room with Terra

"Thank you, very much ma'am."
She walks out of the room.
