Guard, do you even know what's going on in this group anymore?

Flame, he's suffering from more than just bad memories. Did you even know he's seeing things now? Did you know that the hallucinations have gotten so bad that he actually fire his shotgun at one? He suffering, whether it's from that black magic he uses or from some other source I don't know, but he's suffering, he won't let Crys help him, and you've done nothing but offer the wrong words.

"I know he's gotten bad, and I know I haven't helped him, but at least I'm tryin' ta. That's why we're goin' ta his old barracks hopefully it'll help him work through his problems I don't know I ain't psychiatrist but what I do know when is ya go and hurt him like that. It makes him not trust us and prevents him from talkin' ta Crys because he just thinks we're gonna use it against him. Ya need ta think 'bout how yer actions are gonna affect everyone involved, not just Flame and yerself. Do ya understand?'

You're still not getting it are you?

Flame was afraid. Afraid he'd lose control around us and do something he'd regret. He wanted me to attack him so he knew that there was somebody on the team who could stop him before that happened.

You say that by attacking him, I lost his trust, but it's the exact opposite, because he can now trust that there's somebody who can stop him.

He looks down.
"Team comes first, and after Last I'd rather we didn't lose any more friends."


Meanwhile, north of Manehattan, a stallion stirs inside a small house. It's nearly falling in due to him not taking care of it, and the remains of cropland over grown with weeds. He pulls out a 10 MM pistol and heads to a boarded up window and looks outside.
