I can't imagine knives like that are too popular or useful with a race that has small knives growing on their hands, though.

Wing blades would be clumsy, slow and imprecise compared to handheld blades, and throwing knives in combat is nearly impossible to do with any sort of effectiveness

But she also have access to crossbows (and any manner of similar spring-powered, vertical-bow, or hyper-compact bows could be custom-built by her equivalent of Da Vinci) which are more accurate and more deadly

They have talons, true, but those are not exactly subtle and kinda bulky. In open combat, sure, they'd have to have a protection on their forearm to block blades, but they could use the talons instead of a sword.
For assassinations though, hidden blade is better. It's sleek and slender so it can get almost anywhere and doesn't leave a specific trace. If they used talons for that, it would be fairly easy to tell a griffon did it and some people could take that personally. I'm sure griffons wouldn't want to compromise themselves.
