Watched the first season of Tokyo ghoul on Hulu. I can't tell if this was censored or not as I've never seen the series before.

But there is one scene that leads me to believe it's hilariously censored in which Hinami is eating human flesh and you can see the edge of the plate and the standard pixelation you usually see, but it's as if someone came along and said "Nope not good enough" and added this really terrible lens glare effect that takes up half the screen.

That effect makes multiple appearances throughout the season.

Majors highways have to be re-asphalted once every one or two years, sometimes even more, and most roads need to be remade at least once in a decade or two; due to the sheer constraints the circulation of thousands upon thousands of vehicles put on them every day.

I HOPE they took this aspect into consideration, from road conception to the recycling / rebuilding of the old used panels; because if not this is going to be EXTREMELY costly, not only in term of money, but also in term of money and environmental impacts (the materials used to make solar panels are quite environmentally un-friendly in themselves and in the processes used to make them).

Though if they manage to make the concept work and attractive enough to be deployed on a large scale, yeah, this might be interesting.
