Cloudsville seems to be more well-behaved than what I've seen of the rest of the FoE fandom. Though, that's not saying much since I've only seen the FiMFiction branch so far.

I hope they hate me. I take great pride in being hated by the whiny and deluded. =P In any case, that's what an echo chamber does. They're too thick to figure out that's what's going on, of course, but it's pretty much the only way you get that much irrational gibbering idiocy and hatred outside of a Lovecraft story. (I do my best to be very impolite when talking about them, out of deep, ironic respect for their stated values)

Anyway, on a semi-brighter note, has anyone seen "Only God Forgives" here? I really liked "Drive," so I'm thinking of watching it this weekend, but I've heard it's kind of more cinematic wankery than an actually brilliant film. Wondering if anyone here has thoughts. I'm not sure if its ratings are so low because of how horrible it is or how horrific it is, y'know?

As much as I sometimes complain about having bad supports in LoL, when you get a good one... man, it can make your day. Got two in a row today, it was nice. Also sniped the enemy Morgana with a Jinx super mega death rocket! twice in a row, both times firing the second it was off cooldown. It was funny. =P

Of course, the REAL good news is that my friend who had to take a semester off is back for the weekend! We're gonna watch ponies, fry pizza in bacon grease, play Rock Band, and generally act like the college students we are. Plus, I got into a high level course on writing for publication for next semester. So, yeah! The week's ending on a high note.

Oh, and I've been listening to a lot of Dream Theater lately and it hasn't gotten old again yet, which is very nice. They're a fun band.

I know no one here's likely to care, but after lurking about the FoE thread in 4chan for a week, I just wanted to say... they talk about Somber every day. He's mentioned multiple times every day, even when he isn't posting there, and they refer to cloudsville/hugville pretty often. Rarely anyone other than Somber by name, but gezz, it's just funny to me that we only acknowledge their existence when they're relevant, but they cannot go a day without mentioning Somber, PH or us.

To be fair the most of when 4chan is friendly to other is when discussing porn. When they're talking about porn everyone is nice to one another.
