Well I guess there is a way. I still have my tonsils and unless they've gotten so good at removing them they don't effect anything else, that usually changes a person voice, usually deeper.

My voice, being subject to change since I'm still a kid, is deeper than most my age. This includes my brother, and it's one of the only ways to tell us apart.
I'm happy with it.

My voice is more like an Ork mekboy, and sometimes turns into the kind of voice you'd hear some bar-brawler speak with.
