its all cute! and i know working mouse or touch pad is hard! good work

The mouse is a clumsy tool, and you've managed to make some pretty nice-looking art here. What stands to improve is smooth lines... but that's kind of part of Paint, if it's anything like I remember it when I used it for drawing things as a small child.

...Geez, I wish I could draw, so I wouldn't have to commission people for art if I want it.

Drawing is one of the few things mouse is terrible at, and I'd compare drawing with a touch-pad to severe case of masochism.
That considered, I'd say you did a pretty good job. However, if you're not one for extreme challenges I'd advise the good old Pencil & Paper combo. Works like a charm.

It's not really all that hard. It just takes practice and practice and practice and... Eh, screw this, I'm too lazy to practice.

Unlike writing, you can't produce three mediocre works with 30+ hours into each and become adequate at-

Unfortunately, all I have is a mouse and keyboard. I don't have a camera, a phone, or anything with which to scan a drawing. Well, my sister has a scanner and tablet... hmmm.

I think it's better to start with Pencil&Paper combo. Tablet is fine, but still can be quite challenging if you're not used to drawing in general. In my opinion it's better to get it into your hand the old-fashioned way, then just switch to digital.
