I don't get why people react over this so much. I read this and my view on Pinkie hasn't changed one bit. People are just different I guess.

I couldnt make it past a summary I read...yea...call me a wimp or whatever but I am not reading that story out of fear it will ruin Pinkie Pie for me forever...

This story didn't really bother me, to be honest. Sure, it had it's creepy imagery and graphic descriptions, but I'm pretty resilient in terms of these things. Pinkie Pie is still Pinkie Pie to me.

To be honest, this genre of story--in both literature and film--just bores me. This generation has seen too much of its kind with things like Saw and Hostel. I'm pretty numb to it, even if it's being acted out by children's cartoon characters.

Also, being a Stephen King fan probably doesn't hurt.

As for Cupcakes...I enjoyed it a little more than I probably should, but I'm still not a fan of THAT and ponies together.
Though a few of the alternate endings are pretty good.

I had skim read it before... now I listened to the whole reading of it and even though this might make me sound very weak... I felt sick.. very sick for a sort while.

I don't actully mind the idea of grimdark and cupcakes spawned so many epic things that I appreciate that it exists but the way it goes at it with more then just murderous intent.( It is more a torture fic, at least till it goes way to over the top to be serious, which is the stomache and intestine part. But the nail and wing part is pure horror)) It really horrified me.

Pinkie Pie is still Pinkie Pie to me.. and a Pinkie Pie a day keeps the depression away(as I like to say at least) but Pinkiemenia Pie sure exists in my mind too.
