Okay. I can do several things to the Latest Topic box.
I can make it scrolling or static.
I can also change the amount of topics that are seen.
The poll is made so that all the options are available, the amount of posts can be changed to one not there, but I'd rather keep it from 3 to 10.
This will be run for a single week. Through out the week, I'll be changing it so you can test it out first.
You've all seen scrolling, so I now have it on static. The amount of posts also alters the height of the widget, so remember that when you choose.

I don't care too much of the height, but I love the static-ness of static.

Scrolling makes the text move up and down within a more confined area.
