I really love some of the fan characterizations for these characters, especially for DJ-PON3 and Octavia. However, from actual screen time, which is the only thing I can really judge from (too many conflicting fan interpretations), I have to go with Trixie. I find how downright obnoxious she is hilarious, and her expressions and mannerisms are gold.

Edit: and why is Dr. Whooves in here? He's entirely fan-created, never even in the show, so he can't really be counted as a side character

I'm currently writing a comic with DJ PON-3 in it - and I decided that her name is Destiny Jam, cause DJ PON-3 is a fanmade stage name. Also, Ditzy/Derpy is going to be in it once it progresses a little more.
