If you've ever wanted to rhyme, it's Zecora Day so now's the time!

I was browsing, as I often do, through pony feeds and pony news.
When I came to E Q D, it showed the strangest thing to me.
It told me of Zecora Day, where every single thing you say
was spoken as that zebra would. If they tried it, I think we should!

You're typing words, so don't be shy! It would be a shame to not just try!
Just rhyme your words as you are able (we'll sweep mistakes under the table)
It's about fun, not doing it right! So rhyme away all day and night!

And a challenge not for the meek... do you think you could rhyme all week?

I may be able to do this, but something seems to be amiss. Doing this all week? trying this seems kinda weak, but take a peek at my rhymes, and maybe it will pass the good ol' times

But think of the challenge! It could be so fun! You could just say it's what Discord had done.
I say you should try it if others agree. If you pull it off that's a plot thread... or three!

Why did I hear of this as the day draws to a close?
I wish I had known sooner and avoided common prose.

However, it seems that my own mind is determined to object,
For talking as that zebra does is not an easy project.

'Tis unfortunate, that I did not truly participate,
as it would've made this a much more interesting date.

A fun filled day of poets and rhymes.
I can't believe we're having such merry times.
But sadly, I'm the user to be a drag.
I'll cover your fun in a dark plastic bag.
I'll beat it with sticks and bats galore.
Now your fun and rhymes are no more.
How does it feel to have your things booted?
How did it feel to have your happy smiles looted?

So I awoke in morning light, and thought the rhymes would end last night.
But what was this? Was I deceived? Could my challenge have been received?
It seems it was! This man-of-art has taken Zecora's way to heart!

I shall not tell a lie (not for a while), so know this truly makes me smile!
