that's the steamgroup I've just made - we can have multiway conversations in there via voice if any of us lack skype/don't want something like skype for everyone to see.
It's public so one click join and done.

Good news is, he has a hatchet, so he's got a silent weapon as his primary.

Hatchets are plenty of fun.

So lessons of today:

• Don't stand in front of Katarn while he's shooting zombies, you'll lose your life.
  
• Don't trust Kipper to not be a selfish bastard when it involves taking the backpack off your dead corpse, though he will promise that if there's any other backpacks bigger then what he now has, it goes to you, bigger then basic, you take yours back.
  
• Try to have a mic if you're travelling in groups of 3+, it begins to become essential.
  
• Be careful of raiding airfields, don't do it with just two of you and don't lead someone to their doom doing so
  
• Kipper is soft spoken, and thus we must tell him it's okay when really he knows we're all laughing at him.
  

If I read the non-latin-alphabet signs correctly, I've ended up in either of these coordinates on the map.

I have 2.5k blood left after killing 57 zombies with a hatchet. I'll be online at a time tomorrow that is later to be determined.

All of those involve me somewhat, and I wanted you to have the pack in the first place.
I was killed by Katarn, for which I forgive him.
I got lost when we were travelling, being the only one without a functional microphone.
I had 600 blood after that airfield raid.
It's okay. Really, it all is.

As you saw when we went as a group, it can be done with the proper numbers and strategy, but alone it's a death-trap.

Doesn't matter if you wanted me to have it or not. to begin with or not. I'm the selfish bastard and I should've given it back, but I didn't because as bad as it makes me feel, I can be a selfish bastard at times.


Lastly, I like to tease Katarn and had done so for quite some time before you came into the skype conversation.
At one point I said I'd stop teasing; because he might shoot me if I didn't. LOL

I'm currently south of the balota airfield(or at least I think I am). What server are you playing on? Maybe I could join your party.

right now we've disbanded for the night, but if you go to the pier and find the warehouse, that seems to be 'our' clubhouse as it were.

I actually did say "I feel like Blackjack" and changed my steam name TO Blackjack for a little while.
Then I changed it over to Crimson Wings after getting an idea.

I pulled a BJ - I led myself and Ketchup into a place with no real plan (just - lets go there, search it, get out if we find trouble) and while getting in and the initial search went reasonably enough, the exit got messy after we had zombies running at us in pairs.
I fired my Lee Enfield and next thing I know? there was easily about twenty of then on us.


Ketchup barely survived.
I got out of there with 3/4 of my health, maybe 2/3 - so I was fine.
Thankfully Katarn managed to save us both.


the shooting was completely accidental, with ketchup walking in line of fire without realising. getting hit happens occasionally, but it's real unfortunate when it's a one hit kill weapon like my enfield or AK when you're already on lowered health.

Thanks! I'll try to make it there after I've found a friggin weapon. I logged off in the middle of the medic camp SE of balota right under the airfield, that's full of military zombies.

Sorry I can't be any use to you. I would've offered my hatchet - but I'm nowhere nearby. If you can find a hatchet though, they make for an excellent weapon.

Will see if I can find anything next time. Sooner or later I'm bound to stumble over something, but thanks for the offer.

Em..you can't recover yourself on another server. You can only run to the spot, where your body is and then log in on server, where your body actually is.

Yes, it only appears in that one spot on that one server. Or, you could be miraculously resurrected like I was once.
