Rules for Staff

This is going for every single pony in a position of power of admin status.

I will not tolerate any more actions made to the site without admins consent.

I was talking to a fellow admin, and he showed me some things that I have to do
to be a successful admin.

Just a summary-

No more editing other ponies post unless it is just for Errors.

No more deleting sections, forums, or threads without my know about.

Not even a minor change will happen unless another admin knows.

I hope you ponies understand that this is hard for me to restrict so much, but
I want to fulfill my dream some day.

I want to run a successful website.

So before any change happens, at least half (2 of 4) admins have to agree upon it?
